Hi Folks,

We hope your are all keeping well and you and your families are safe.

With restrictions due to end in December hopefully this means we can start back with our fundraising so we can maintain our grounds and continue to offer the fantastic facilities our club has to offer. Unfortunately, this year there hasn't been much luck in getting funding from grants etc and we couldn't continue to fund-raise like we normally do.

However, there has been a shinning light with our drive in bingo event, this has allowed us to get our pitches spiked and sanded, painting the inside of the building and the dressing rooms, put the foot path at the front of the building and hopefully in the coming weeks the ball stop nets behind the goals will be replaced.

As you are aware all the above come at a cost and we couldn't do it without the coaches, the players, the volunteers, the parents and the club committee. With it now being in December we need to come up with an alternative plan as we cannot park cars on the pitch and risk tearing up the pitch and risk cars getting stuck.

The committee have made the decision the move the bingo to where our outdoor AstroTurf will one day be, this is down to the back right hand side of the building. This area has become overgrown in the past number of years and we need YOUR help to clear it and make it ready for our major fundraising event that is our drive in bingo.

We will be meeting at our Clubhouse in Church road on Saturday morning at 11 am to make a start on this area. As the saying goes many hands make light work.

We will be strictly following guidelines and ask that anyone willing to give a helping hand follow them too.
